High Point Program – 30-days after the event with a final cutoff for the year of September 15th
Ride & Drive hours – October 15th for the current year
Open Incentive Reimbursement – 30-days after the event to a final cutoff for the year of October 31st
Futurity Nominations in the year of the foal’s birth – June 1st to be listed in the Futurity Booklet or be entered in Futurity classes at OMC, December 31st to get the regular rate of $45.

- March 6-8, 2026 – Smith & Alexandra Lilly Signature Spring Event (Clinic & Schooling Show) – Oregon State Fairgrounds, Historic Horse Center. Salem OR. Donation made to this event by MHAO in lieu of holding an MHAO Clinic this year.
- April 18, 2026 – Online MHAO Stallion Service Auction opens for bidding mid-February and closes at 3pm PDT on Saturday, April 18th. All bidding is online, but those without online access can call in their bids to (503) 936-4276. Proxy bids accepted.
